The rooms are brand-new and reasonably large here with a comfy bed and air conditioning plus a nice balcony. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator: )

Deluxe accommodation, great staff, magnificent location right in the historical city center. The rooms with heavenly bed. Modern double room, the service was terrific! Everything great. Location next to police station, the old town and sea front, and the Old Town close to the Sea Organ.

The rooms here are totally new and spacious, offering super comfy beds. You'll find a fridge inside, which is great for keeping things cool. They also provide an electric kettle, adding a nice touch to your stay! ✨

The staff is responsive as well as the hotel's host. the setting is absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to the sea. - A cafe is very close to the building and the center of the old town.

Two main highlights of my Christmas stay were the convenient location and the cozy ambiance. the hotel was ideally situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It was such a joy to step outside and be surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city. the rooms were beautifully decorated and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the comfortable bed was perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. And to top it off, the room had all the necessary amenities, including a small fridge and a kettle for a relaxing cup of tea.

the cleanliness of certain areas could have been improved. There were some dirty spots on the glasses, glass walls, shower, and balcony, as if the cleaning had been rushed.

The hotel is deluxe with a superb location next to central Zadar. the room was impressive and outstanding, offering amenities like a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. - I enjoyed watching the city from the window. - the service was great. - I had a really great stay and would love to go back.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront and popular attractions. The apartment was fresh and new, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. There was a balcony with trees for privacy and shade.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with dirty glasses, a dirty glass wall by the sink, and a dirty shower and balcony. The noise from the street, including a nearby restaurant and police office, was quite bothersome at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Sea Organ. The room was modern and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The underfloor heating in the shower room was a luxurious touch. Directly in the city center and conveniently located near a secure car park next to the police station. This hotel has excellent cleanliness and facilities. Also, the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great room and location, friendly staff. the room was comfortable with awesome air conditioning and good WiFi. It was also spacious and had a refrigerator to store our drinks and snacks. the location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from the boardwalk by the water and close to many restaurants and cafes. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions we had.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. We found some dirty cups and glasses in the room and the shower wasn't properly cleaned.

Located near the lovely little harbour by the old city wall, this hotel is in a prime location for exploring all the attractions in the Old Town district. Guests can enjoy a relaxing morning at the cafe very close to the building before setting off on their adventures. the rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, with underfloor heating in the shower room and a well-equipped kitchenette.

There were some issues with the shower seal in the bathroom, causing water to leak onto the floor after each use.
